Role Description We're looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to own and scale our global paid search program as a core driver of pipeline and revenue. You will manage end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across search, with a focus on driving measurable growth and efficiency at scale. This is a remote position and will report to our VP, Growth Marketing. - Own and scale paid search performance: - You will own global paid search strategy across brand and non-brand campaigns. - You will optimize keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bidding approaches. - You will drive search performance across the full funnel from acquisition through pipeline and revenue outcomes. - You will identify and unlock new growth opportunities across search (e.g., new query segments, formats, markets). - Drive data, measurement, and optimization: - You will analyze performance insights and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders. - You will leverage attribution, incrementality, and conversion data to inform investment decisions. - You will translate outcomes (pipeline, revenue) into search optimization strategies. - You will partner with Analytics and RevOps to improve signal quality and measurement accuracy. - Budget management: - You will own the global paid search budget allocation. - You will allocate spend across campaigns and geos based on incremental return while balancing efficiency. - You will support forecasting and performance planning tied to business outcomes. - Experimentation and innovation: - You will build a structured experimentation roadmap to drive continuous performance improvement. - You will refine keyword strategy through query insights and competitive analysis. - You will test and scale new search features, formats, and automation capabilities. - Cross-functional collaboration: - You will partner with Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing to align on targeting, messaging, and growth priorities. - You will establish feedback loops to inform optimization and performance insights. - You will ensure search strategy aligns with broader GTM priorities and funnel goals.
