Account Manager
EverDriven
• Use effective industry skills and abilities to support our innovative transportation services • Exercise excellent customer service while identifying and properly escalating potential daily challenges or service deficiencies • Assist in managing the daily service of accounts in addition to recruiting, vetting and credentialing service providers (third party transportation companies) • Manage and oversee Field Operations to include, but not limited to, new client start-ups, client retention and development along with growing existing accounts • Responsible for the continuous improvement of a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system • Liaise between EverDriven and our clients while providing guidance, direction, and feedback • Maintain a safe and efficient environment for our passengers, contractors, and the non-riding public by managing regulatory and client policies and procedures • Monitor all local transportation to ensure performance in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications of EverDriven contracts with clients and providers • Develop and maintain open communication channels with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff • Cooperate with EverDriven departments to establish and maintain documentation regarding provider information, operations, as well as maintenance and safety inspections • Understand and follow safety rules established by regulatory bodies and client contracts • As a part of normal business operations, employees in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Job Requirements
- Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in transportation and/or operations is a plus
- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively work with diverse groups of customers and service providers
- Set priorities wisely, multitask, and dynamically solve problems
- Strong familiarity and comfort level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Drug Screen and Background Check is a Condition of Employment

Role Description The Vita Coco Company is searching for a Foodservice Distribution Manager - Broadline based out on the West Coast. This person is the national lead for “KEY” Broadline Distributor distribution efforts across the US business to achieve product distribution and drive revenue goals. The Foodservice Distribution Manager will focus on creating marketing and distribution strategies for the food service channel in a specified broadline partner and represent the company in all business development-oriented activities. This is a remote field role and will report directly to the Director of Broadline Distribution - Foodservice. Main Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key broadline headquarters to ensure effective distribution, product availability, and flawless execution. - Support and educate broadline sales teams to secure new Vita Coco business within both local and regional markets. - Ensure adherence to pricing strategies, promotional programs, incentives, and limited-time offers (LTOs). - Collaborate closely with top leadership on business planning, forecasting, and coordinating quarterly business reviews. - Assess sales and distribution metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and uncover new opportunities. - Work alongside national account managers, serving as the main liaison between the business unit and broadline Foodservice distribution partners. - Team up with DSD Foodservice groups to obtain and manage Vita Coco accounts efficiently. - Participate in field ride-along with the Acxion team to bolster distribution efforts through broadline channels. - Partner with the Foodservice broadline team to widen Vita Coco’s reach and drive business growth. - Forge strong connections with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Innovation, and RTM to encourage seamless cross-functional teamwork. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
