Your role As a Senior Microsoft Business Applications Architect, you are the technical authority shaping how global clients modernize their customer and operational experiences. You bridge strategy and execution - guiding delivery teams, influencing client stakeholders, and contributing to bids and internal capability growth. Your architectural decisions define the quality, scalability, and long-term viability of some of Capgemini's most complex Microsoft engagements. Your project Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice delivers intelligent, human-centered solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. You'll work in empowered Agile teams, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications - from architecture to deployment - in a culture built on feedback and continuous learning. Your tasks - Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure for enterprise client engagements - Lead architecture workshops and technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders across industries including manufacturing, retail, transport, and energy - Support and contribute to pre-sales bids - producing solution designs, effort estimates, and technical proposals - Guide and mentor mid and senior engineers and consultants within delivery teams, ensuring architectural standards are met - Drive the adoption of AI-first design patterns - Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI - into client solutions - Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Delivery Leads to balance business fit, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability - Contribute to Capgemini's Microsoft practice growth through reusable assets, internal enablement, and thought leadership Your profile - 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications, including 2-3 years in an architecture or technical lead role - Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service/Field Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Pages) - Solid understanding of Azure Integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM) with intermediate/advanced knowledge being a strong differentiator - Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures balancing configuration, customization, and AI-driven automation - Hands-on experience with ALM for Microsoft Business Applications - solution segmentation, environment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions - Experienced in pre-sales and bid contexts - translating ambiguous client needs into credible, well-scoped technical proposals - Strong communicator who can influence and align stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite - Comfortable operating across multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities without losing quality or clarity What You'll love about working here - Practical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports card. - Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
