Role Description Landis+Gyr is seeking an experienced gas utility professional to lead strategic account engagement with Investor Owned Gas Distribution Utilities across Eastern North America. This role is ideal for candidates with direct experience inside a gas utility—particularly in metering, operations, engineering, or AMI—who are interested in applying their industry knowledge in a customer facing, commercially focused role. The successful candidate will leverage a deep understanding of gas utility operations, regulatory environments, and business challenges to guide utilities through complex metering and AMI programs. The Director of Regional Sales is a senior sales leader responsible for leading a regional team that sells the Landis+Gyr portfolio (AMI, Software/Solutions) direct to utilities. They own the creation of the regional sales strategy and lead & coordinate the planning, organization, implementation and execution of a sales plan, including the budget and forecasting to achieve assigned revenue goals for the region.
