Senior Full Stack Developer

• Develop, test, and deploy new features in our applications using Angular 2+ and Java 8. • Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications. • Implement RESTful APIs and ensure efficient communication between systems. • Work with EJB3, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JasperReports, JUnit, WAS, SQL Server, DB2, and IBM Messaging to develop robust, scalable solutions. • Use DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, GIT, and Swagger to ensure code quality, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. • Collaborate with the team to define new features and applications, actively participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of moderate to high complexity. • Contribute to code reviews and share technical knowledge with the team.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of EJB and Spring Boot.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Residence in Brasília or nearby region.
  • Experience with Redux.
  • Knowledge of queries, functions, and stored procedures in SQL Server and DB2.
  • Familiarity with IBM JMS concepts.

Role Description Apptegy, Inc. seeks Senior Back-End Engineer in Little Rock, AR. - Write beautiful code in Ruby on Rails (often for new features, new products/platforms). - Work with a SCRUM team with other backend engineers and front-end (Vue.js) engineers, QA/Test, and DevOps engineers. - Discuss the best architecture for a feature and dive deep into Design Patterns. - Work with and assist other engineers to think through architectural decisions. - Write clear documentation with the help of Product and Tech Ops. - Use good coding standards (best framework and language idioms). - Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders (CTO & VPs). - Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both new features and existing applications, with a strong focus on the assigned technology stack (frontend, backend, or full-stack). - Independently identify, debug, and resolve complex software issues and bugs across the assigned stack, applying systematic troubleshooting and analytical approaches. - Actively participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and junior engineers, and ensuring high code quality, test coverage, and adherence to best practices. - Drive testing efforts, including writing comprehensive unit, integration, and potentially end-to-end tests, to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software. - Take ownership of specific features or smaller projects from technical design through implementation and deployment, collaborating closely with product managers and designers. - Develop a deeper understanding of Apptegy's overall system architecture, data flows, and technical dependencies.
