• Atuar no desenvolvimento de pipelines de ingestão, transformação e enriquecimento de dados para uso em IA • Trabalhar com dados estruturados e não estruturados (textos, PDFs, HTML, áudios, entre outros) • Implementar processos de chunking, embeddings e indexação vetorial • Construir e manter datasets voltados à matriz de conhecimento corporativa • Desenvolver pipelines utilizando Databricks (Spark / PySpark) • Atuar com arquitetura medalhão (bronze, prata e ouro) • Integrar dados com bancos vetoriais (Azure AI Search, pgvector, entre outros) • Garantir performance, escalabilidade e confiabilidade dos pipelines • Aplicar boas práticas de qualidade de dados (completude, consistência e versionamento) • Implementar políticas de atualização, retenção e expurgo de dados • Garantir rastreabilidade e auditabilidade dos dados utilizados pelos modelos • Atuar em conjunto com times de AI/ML na preparação e otimização de dados • Apoiar estratégias de recuperação de informação (RAG) • Otimizar dados para melhorar a relevância e precisão das respostas dos modelos

• Develop and enhance front-end applications using React and TypeScript. • Build modern, scalable interfaces with a strong emphasis on performance and usability. • Work on the integration between React applications and mobile environments via WebViews. • Collaborate with Android and iOS teams to implement features and resolve integration issues. • Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and the promotion of development best practices. • Ensure code quality through testing, monitoring, and observability.

• Develop and implement workflows in the IRM/GRC module; • Work on Fullstack development of solutions focused on risk and compliance processes; • Configure forms, business rules and application flows; • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key indicators; • Support the evolution and maintenance of the module's functionalities; • Collaborate with business areas to gather and understand requirements; • Ensure development best practices, organization and standardization of solutions; • Participate in continuous improvements related to governance, compliance and internal controls.

• Build, configure, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management). • Create and optimize workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. • Develop and maintain robust integrations (REST/SOAP, Web Services, Mid Server) between ServiceNow and external systems. • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of modern service portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS. • Ensure code quality, platform performance, and adherence to ServiceNow governance and architecture best practices.

• Develop applications using App Engine (ServiceNow) • Create and configure workflows and process automations • Develop and maintain forms, tables, and service catalogs • Implement integrations with external systems

• Provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow development team • Develop and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform • Design and maintain workflows and automations using Flow Designer • Develop APIs and integrations with internal and external systems • Implement customizations and improvements in ITSM modules • Handle incident resolution and provide ongoing support for existing solutions • Ensure the technical quality of deliveries and adherence to platform best practices • Support the team in resolving complex problems and in defining technical solutions • Participate in architectural discussions and propose continuous improvements to processes and applications • Review code and technical documentation, and support knowledge sharing within the team.

• Receive and log user requests in the ticketing system; • Categorize and prioritize tickets according to established procedures; • Provide remote and phone support; • Resolve incidents related to access, software, viruses, and infrastructure; • Escalate tickets when necessary; • Work to resolve tickets eligible for FCR (First Call Resolution); • Log and monitor critical incidents; • Assist users with technology-related inquiries.
