Role Description Responsible for development of assigned Key End User Account(s) in order to increase Panasonic Projector & Display Americas (PPNDA) sales, profit and market share within the Live Events, Rental & Staging market through direct and indirect sales channels. Inclusive of strategic development responsibility (marketing, product, and solutions initiatives) to assigned Key Accounts to drive demand, revenue, grow market share, and meet company goals & objectives. - Responsible for Live Events, Rental & Staging enablement strategies and sales growth of all assigned products, solutions, and services within assigned Key Account(s). - Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly & annual quota for products, solutions, and services along with achieving strategic goals / targets as assigned by sales management. - Develop and maintain annual strategic business plan for each assigned Key Account. - Interface and directly call on all stakeholders within assigned Key Accounts to create and drive Panasonic adoption. - Cultivate new and strategic relationships within assigned Key Accounts; collaborating with various Key Account teams to identify, recruit, build, and capitalize upon appropriate partnerships. - Become heavily engaged throughout Key Account organization for top-to-bottom Panasonic influence. - Work closely with Sales Management, Product Management, Engineering, & Operations to close business through direct to customer sales transaction. - Work closely with Product Management & Field engineering team members to implement customer sales cultivation strategies and provide highest level of end-user customer satisfaction. - Maintain competitive pricing database and track competitive pricing strategies. - Collaborate with industry partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities for incremental sales growth. - Facilitate appropriate technical and product training of all purchased products/solutions within Key Account(s). - Work with the appropriate Marketing team members in the development and execution of messaging, strategies, promotions, and other tactics designed to generate awareness for Panasonic throughout Key Account and produce actionable activities. - Work with the Marketing & Product management teams to identify and develop beneficial resources of demand creation initiatives such as videos, sales presentations, collateral pieces, & promotions. - Coordinates strategic marketing activities, align resources, & implement initiatives within Key Account(s). - Effectively manage all administrative duties and reporting in timely manner. - Including but not exclusive to Salesforce account databases, pipeline and opportunity information, sales forecasting, & Product-Sales-Inventory (PSI). - Additional reporting on activities, Key Account news, technology, information, and various headquarter requests. - Monitor & achieve all HQ required KGI’s & KPI’s. - Manage & coordinate individual meetings, travel, & expenses. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar related field required. - 4-6+ years experience of direct and indirect outside sales & selling of display and projection products related to Live Events, Rental & Staging, and/or commercial grade audio-visual technologies and managed services. - Industry certifications preferred. Requirements - Self-motivated, resilient, can-do attitude to overcome obstacles and find resolution in sometimes difficult conditions. - Excellent judgment and be able to work in a challenging matrix management environment. - Able to navigate informal structures making work related contacts and collaborate with internal resources to accomplish company goals. - Strategic thinker who takes systematic approaches to solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving company goals. - Understanding of pipeline management discipline. - Excellent communications skills both written and verbal required. - Strong team building, interpersonal and project management skills required. - Able to cultivate relationships of C-Level individuals within strategic, high-value end-user customers. - Must have the ability to explain complex systems in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. - Skilled presenter who is comfortable with one-on-one or large group audiences. - Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - CRM software including customer contact, sales pipeline and opportunity data management (Salesforce preferred). - Travel up to 50% of time, some weekend work, hours of work may vary due to business travel, customer availability and trade show involvement. - Ideal candidates will be located in a major market with proximity to key Live Events, Rental & Staging customers and venues. The Paid Search Manager will work under the direction of the Bayer Search Lead and receive day-to-day guidance and mentorship from the Senior Paid Search Manager. This role is ideal for a strong executor who is detail-oriented, performance-driven, and eager to deepen their paid search expertise within a structured, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities - Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns. - Execute campaign launches, optimizations, and updates based on strategic direction and testing plans. - Manage keywords, ad copy, extensions, audiences, and bid strategy conversions and conversion values to drive performance. - Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure campaigns run efficiently and accurately. - Support testing initiatives and ensure learnings are documented and applied. - Ensure campaigns follow established account structures, naming conventions, and paid search best practices including taxonomy. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure clean execution. - Provide hands-on keyboard and day-to-day management of paid search campaigns (performance analysis, health checks, campaign management, restructuring, trafficking & optimization). - Pull and maintain regular performance reports with accuracy and consistency. - Analyze campaign data to understand what’s driving results and where improvements can be made. - Support deeper performance reviews by providing clean data, insights, and observations. - Grow and optimize keyword portfolio through rapid testing: data analysis, bid strategy, audience/product, ad copy, landing page, etc. - Audit campaigns regularly to ensure strategic alignment and technical excellence (bidding, ad copy, extensions, tracking, taxonomy). - Develop and maintain robust negative keyword lists and segmentation strategies across brands. - Testing in support of Incremental tROAS & smart bidding goals. - Prepare and present performance reports and opportunity discussions with marketing leadership. - Work with Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 vendor teams to ensure PPC program objectives are met, troubleshoot issues and stay informed of new capabilities for program optimization. - Experience with value-based bidding and optimization. - Expertise in Excel is a must (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization). - Able to work across channels with Programmatic and Paid Social to find opportunities to improve search accounts. Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns. - Experience managing search campaigns and bid strategies in enterprise level platforms like Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, or Marin. - Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals including keywords, match types, bidding, and ad formats. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Proactive in their recommendations for paid search to improve the consumer search experience.
