Client Program Manager

CapRelo

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruiting teams and other key stakeholders • Serve as a primary liaison between client contacts and internal program teams • Proactively lead execution of service delivery across multiple client programs • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to support program success • Interface with cross‑functional teams and business partners • Act as a liaison between global operational teams, supply chain partners, and client contacts • Monitor and communicate progress of financial strategies aligned with company goals • Ensure the success and sustainability of contracted providers • Maintain current knowledge of all client programs, policies, and procedures • Recommend policy or program changes based on exceptions, operational feedback, and industry trends • Evaluate supplier and internal service performance • Track, recommend, and implement program improvement initiatives • Ensure all program provisions comply with applicable regulations, tariffs, taxation, and fee requirements • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues • Initiate and manage communication for international and domestic assignment preparation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relocation, corporate housing, property management, or a related customer service–driven industry
  • Experience managing multiple programs or projects and building strong client relationships aligned to business objectives
  • Exposure to supplier contract review, cost management, invoicing, and profitability oversight
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and lead or mentor others
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution‑oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business technologies, including effective use of AI tools
