• Successfully drive sales of House of Rohl products through a variety of customer channels • Meet and exceed sales budgets, display goals, and execute annual business plan and strategic initiatives • Develop business relationships with showroom sales personnel, management, and ownership • Prospect for new business development with relevant potential customers • Develop and maintain relationships with the specification community • Serve as a key point of contact for territory issue resolution needs • Make recommendations for business development to grow market share
Job Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in outside sales roles
- Prior experience engaging with and calling on interior designers, architects, luxury kitchen & bath showrooms, builders, and/or plumbers
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with luxury clientele
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
- Valid driver’s license
- Microsoft Office experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
