Workday HCM Consultant – Recruiting

• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting and related HCM modules based on business requirements. • Support full-cycle Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects. • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Design and configure recruiting workflows, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, and onboarding. • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects in Workday Recruiting. • Collaborate with integration and technical teams for inbound and outbound system interfaces. • Provide production support and recommend process and system improvements. • Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and end-user training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with a strong focus on Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
- Experience in full-cycle Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, or third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Core HCM and related modules such as Compensation, Talent, Onboarding, or Absence.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
