Qualifications - Proven track record in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or SaaS Sales leadership. - Deep understanding of current recruitment technologies and talent market trends. - Exceptional communication and networking skills. - Demonstrated ability to generate new business or strategic opportunities. - Experience in advising or consulting roles is a plus. - Passion for innovation and contributing to a growing technology platform. - Existing network within the HR tech or SaaS sales community is highly desirable.

Role Description As Playlist continues to grow, we’re looking for a North America talent acquisition manager, GTM who’ll shape how we attract and hire exceptional go-to-market talent. You’ll lead a fully remote team of 6 to 8 recruiters, partner closely with GTM leaders, and use data and insights to build scalable, inclusive hiring strategies that fuel growth.
