• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding • Specialise in sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g. software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity) • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the technology space • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to stakeholders • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent partner, or recruitment business partner
- Strong background in technology/IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles across various levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong sourcing capability, including use of LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Commercially aware with the ability to advise on hiring strategies
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, communicating progress and updates regularly.
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
- Knowledge of tech market trends and emerging skill sets
