• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting and related HCM modules based on business requirements. • Support full-cycle Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects. • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Design and configure recruiting workflows, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, and onboarding. • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects in Workday Recruiting. • Collaborate with integration and technical teams for inbound and outbound system interfaces. • Provide production support and recommend process and system improvements. • Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and end-user training sessions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Workday Security roles, including domain security and business process security policies. • Manage user roles, security groups, and access provisioning within Workday HCM. • Translate business and security requirements into effective Workday security configurations. • Support Workday Security implementation, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities. • Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and access reviews to ensure compliance standards are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and access concerns. • Collaborate with functional and integration teams to ensure secure data flow across Workday modules. • Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements. • Maintain security documentation, access matrices, and design specifications. • Participate in SIT, UAT, and production validation for security-related changes.
• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to time, attendance, leave, and absence policies. • Design and configure work schedules, time entry rules, eligibility rules, and absence plans. • Support end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to time and absence processing. • Collaborate with payroll, HCM, and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration. • Assist in Workday implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. • Maintain functional documentation including configuration guides and process workflows. • Support production issues, audits, and compliance requirements. • Provide end-user training and support during deployments and system changes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Workday applications and integrations. • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation. • Validate Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Financials. • Execute manual and automated testing activities based on project requirements. • Analyze business and functional requirements to ensure complete test coverage. • Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. • Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business users during SIT and UAT phases. • Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support projects. • Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality assurance recommendations. • Ensure compliance with testing standards, QA methodologies, and best practices.
Role Description We are looking for a Workday Integration Developer / Workday Integration Consultant to join our client's team and support the design, development, and maintenance of complex Workday integrations. In this role, you will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions between Workday HCM/Financials and third-party systems. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing performance, and supporting end-to-end implementation and production activities. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday EIB and Workday Studio. - Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems. - Develop complex integrations using XSLT, XML, JSON, SOAP/REST web services, and Workday APIs. - Create and maintain EIBs for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and related data processes. - Develop advanced Workday Studio integrations using custom assemblies, connectors, and business logic. - Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling for integration processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies. - Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Support integration testing activities, including SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production support. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support runbooks. - Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and integration standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday EIB development and troubleshooting. - Mandatory experience with Workday Studio development and advanced integrations. - Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs, and web services. - Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials data models. - Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Framework. - Experience in full lifecycle Workday implementations, upgrades, or support projects. - Knowledge of middleware tools such as Boomi or MuleSoft is an advantage. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Workday Integration Certification or related certifications are a plus. - Experience with banking integrations, SFTP, PGP encryption, or third-party ETL tools is an advantage. - Can start immediately, if possible.
Role Description We are looking for a Loan Setup Specialist to join our client's mortgage operations team and ensure accurate and complete loan file preparation before underwriting. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing loan documents and verifying key loan details. - Ordering required third-party services to ensure loans meet eligibility and compliance standards. - Supporting end-to-end loan setup activities based on established checklists and guidelines to ensure smooth loan processing. Key Responsibilities - Review loan files and ensure all requirements in the Loan Setup Checklist are completed. - Check loan eligibility based on defined guidelines and requirements. - Verify e-signatures for all required loan documents. - Confirm rate lock details and ensure accuracy. - Review standard and prebuilt loan conditions for completeness. - Validate property address and county information (USPS verification). - Order required third-party reports, including a fraud report and a flood certificate. - Request verification of employment (VOE) through Equifax / The Work Number. - Order title and appraisal reports as required. - Check for PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) requirements. - Verify taxes and insurance details, including proper escrow setup. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan data before submission to underwriting. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve missing or incomplete loan requirements. Qualifications - At least a K-12 Graduate. - At least 1 year of experience in US mortgage loan processing; experience using the Encompass tool is a big plus. - Knowledge of escrow, appraisal, title, and credit processes is an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting. - Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks. - Can start immediately, if possible.
