• Chart and data review across US client communities to identify impact stories, near-miss catches, and clinically meaningful trends worth elevating in QBRs and client reviews • Pre-call clinical preparation for CSMs — pulling resident-level examples, framing clinical narratives, and ensuring every operator conversation is grounded in defensible clinical evidence • Development and maintenance of Teton's regulatory playbook library — state by state • Authoring policy and procedure templates that operators can adopt or adapt — covering Teton integration into fall management programs, change-of-condition protocols, documentation workflows, and quality assurance processes • Clinical content review across CS-facing materials: training decks, FAQ libraries, objection handling guides, and operator-facing communications • Partnership with Product on clinical workflow questions, edge cases, and feature design grounded in real nursing reality • Occasional client-facing presence on high-stakes calls — clinical escalations, regulatory questions, DON-level conversations, or new operator clinical reviews • Supporting sales calls as the clinical expert and helping drive clinical value • Staying current on senior living regulatory trends (CMS, state survey, BIPA/HIPAA intersections) and translating shifts into actionable guidance for CS and operators.
• The Business Development Director (BDD) will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to grow Teton’s footprint across Senior Living & Skilled Nursing Operators. • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and industry event attendance to managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through to close. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and CRM updates, with a consistent focus on exceeding target. • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape Teton’s commercial approach in the US.
• Own the full recruiting journey from sourcing and building genuine relationships with candidates to delivering standout interview experiences and guiding them through the offer stage. • Stay plugged into market and industry trends to spot top talent from business development, growth, and marketing to customer success and account management. • Partner closely with leadership across teams to ensure every hire aligns with team goals and company vision. • Champion Teton’s culture at every touchpoint, whether you’re connecting with candidates, hosting networking events, or representing us at conferences and career fairs.
• Full ownership of post-sale adoption and value delivery for a portfolio of West Coast operator accounts. • Onboarding and training facilitation for new communities, ensuring staff confidence and product fluency from day one. • Relationships with operator leadership (VPs of Clinical, Operations, IT) and community-level stakeholders (EDs, DONs, care staff). • Adoption monitoring and intervention — identifying at-risk communities early and deploying playbooks to course-correct. • Cross-functional partnership: surfacing expansion signals and churn risk to Account Management, channeling client feedback to Product, and partnering with Support on escalation resolution. • Account health scoring and adoption reporting through HubSpot. • On-site presence across your book (~30% travel) for go-lives, training and high-stakes account moments.
• Own end-to-end deployment of Teton devices into US customer facilities • Plan and project-manage larger multi-site rollouts, coordinating timelines across internal teams, customers, and third-party installers • Coordinate with site maintenance, installers, and customer IT to schedule and execute installs • Configure, cable, and validate compute boxes and connected sensors on customer networks • Monitor device uptime across deployments, investigate issues, and drive resolution • Hand off operational deployments to ongoing IT support cleanly and with documentation
• Master Teton’s platform, our commercial approach, and the senior living industry landscape • Drive a high-volume outbound prospecting model (LinkedIn, email, and phone), using strategic, AI-driven methods to reach and engage senior executives and C-suites in senior living • Build and manage early-stage relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, preparing the ground for the Business Development Director • Prepare outreach plans, activity schedules, and tailored messaging to meet pipeline targets • Support conferences and industry events by helping to set meetings and manage executive-level follow-up • Track activity, pipeline progress, and outreach performance in the CRM with attention to detail • Stay current on competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to sharpen prospecting strategy • Contribute to team projects and GTM initiatives as assigned • Always tie your work to Teton’s mission of empowering caregivers and improving the quality of life for residents in senior living
• Own growth and renewal targets for assigned accounts, crafting and executing account plans that translate pilot outcomes into scalable value. • Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and senior leadership at customer organizations, aligning Teton’s platform with their operational objectives and growth strategy. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure account outcomes are delivered, risks are mitigated, and value is clearly communicated. • Maintain CRM discipline; update pipeline, forecast account health and manage risk indicators to provide leadership clear visibility into account status. • Lead presentations and business reviews that articulate ROI, outcomes and expansion opportunity. • Stay abreast of senior-living, healthcare and AI/tech trends; leverage market insights to position Teton as a strategic, forward-thinking partner. • Travel periodically to meet with clients, attend key milestones, and activate growth within the organization.
• Own Teton’s Digital Growth Engine • Design and operate the systems that drive awareness and engagement across key digital channels including email, website, and paid media. • Develop a measurable growth model that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. • Build and manage Teton’s email programs including newsletters, product announcements, campaign distribution, and lifecycle nurturing. • Optimize Teton’s website as a growth channel. Improve conversion across key journeys such as product education, content engagement, and demo interest. • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and industry publications. • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content on campaign launches, product announcements, and industry narratives.
