Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner

DaVita Kidney Care

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions with a focus on IKC Analyst roles • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders • Build high-impact talent pipelines • Provide targeted recruitment support for critical clinical roles • Screen and evaluate candidates for skill level, experience, core values, and cultural fit • Facilitate interview debriefs and manage candidate offers • Champion the DaVita brand and culture

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or related talent acquisition experience
  • Healthcare or corporate staffing experience is preferred
  • Proven success managing an active desk of 12–20 complex reqs simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate high performance expectations
