Communications Coordinator

• Support the execution of internal and external communications activities • Manage and maintain core communications channels • Assist in the development and scheduling of editorial calendars • Create clear, concise and well‑structured content • Support cross‑functional partners by drafting, editing or uploading content • Enable public relations activities • Track performance and engagement analytics across various channels • Help coordinate town halls and employee events • Collaborate closely with team members to streamline processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start)
  • One (1) year of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, digital media—or equivalent internships, co‑ops or academic project experience
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels
  • Familiarity with common communications platforms (intranet, CMS tools, email platforms, social/digital channels)
  • Ability to organize multiple projects at once, manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail
  • Curiosity, collaboration and a growth mindset
  • Basic understanding of analytics, measurement or reporting tools—or interest in developing these skills.
