Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in corporate communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of internal communications experience, ideally within a matrixed, global organization.
- Proven strategic thinker with strong business acumen and demonstrated experience advising senior leaders.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial abilities; adept at simplifying complex topics.
- Strong project management skills and experience using data to optimize communication strategies.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and communication-specific platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Copilot, and AI-enabled tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, coach colleagues, and manage sensitive communications with a global mindset.
