As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be working with our ANZ sales team and will be instrumental in shaping the growth of qualified leads and sales opportunities, directly contributing to our BHAG of revolutionising workforce management at Employment Hero. This role can be based anywhere in Australia. Your key focus areas will be: - Generating new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups. - Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company’s continued growth. - Identifying and qualifying key decision-makers within prospects, setting the foundation for future sales. - Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of high-potential leads for further development and closure. This will include: - Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails - Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls - Route promising opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure - Dive into account research, identifying key decision-makers and sparking their interest - Maintain and grow your prospect database within your assigned segment - Collaborate on performing engaging online demos to prospects as needed Who you are To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way – operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.
