Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role. - Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles. - Strong solutioning skills on SaaS platform data integration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Strong client-facing communication skills and consultant/client management capabilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Knowledge of anti-fraud in the Financial or internet industry will be a plus. - Experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning will be a plus. Role Description The Associate Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading clients through small website builds and maintenance projects. • Own SKU-level capacity management, ensuring targets are met and shortages are proactively avoided • Monitor infrastructure utilization, demand trends, and deployment progress across regions and data centers • Use data, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to forecast needs and trigger timely capacity deployments • Partner with engineering and business teams to align on forecasts and translate insights into actionable deployment plans • Orchestrate and track cross-functional workstreams using tools like Jira, ensuring visibility and accountability • Identify bottlenecks, minimize deployment delays, and continuously improve capacity deployment processes
