Job Description

Technical Project Manager

Remote Talent LATAM

• Manage Shopify and eCommerce website projects from planning to delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and strategy. • Lead Agile workflows including sprint planning, standups, task tracking, and retrospectives. • Build and maintain project timelines, documentation, and status updates. • Translate business needs into actionable tasks and technical requirements. • Monitor project scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies. • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. • Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders. • Identify bottlenecks and help drive solutions to keep projects moving efficiently. • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Shopify, eCommerce, or web development projects.
  • Previous experience working within a digital agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystems.
  • Experience managing website builds, redesigns, migrations, or systems integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
