Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled technical Project Manager to join the client service team. This role involves: - Managing all client communications and driving overall delivery schedule. - Designing and implementing innovative integration solutions that meet our client's technical and business requirements. - Working closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. - Driving and managing all engineering threads to deliver the project. - Conducting technical hands-on work as needed. Key Responsibilities - Manage and drive client communications throughout the entire delivery, aligning different client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery without delay. - Understand the client's product and business logic to recommend the best solution that addresses specific client needs. - Provide strong solution and consulting services. - Ensure the client onboarding project runs as expected and under control. - Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation and deployment phases to integrate with client systems. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies into existing systems. - Stay updated on financial services industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and offerings. - Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role. - Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles. - Strong solutioning skills on SaaS platform data integration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Strong client-facing communication skills and consultant/client management capabilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Knowledge of anti-fraud in the Financial or internet industry will be a plus. - Experience in real-time computing, big data, or machine learning will be a plus. Role Description As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will manage a portfolio of client relationships and establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor and solution partner for the key leaders within the customer’s fraud and risk teams. You will partner with our Delivery Team to oversee the customer’s data integration and onboarding process. Your goal is to ensure that the customer adopts best practices in the implementation of our platform to ensure they extract the maximum value from their investment. You will engage in broad ranging topics from assessing/debugging platform performance or product functional issues, provide technical guidance and best practices, or advise on customer’s use of custom or DataVisor built machine learning models and/or automation rules to detect suspicious activities. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to achieve your goals. • Work with the Solution Architect to design the delivery solution for the clients. • Onboarding for the new client or new use case of existing clients. • Coordinate with internal teams like R&D, infrastructure, algorithm and other teams, to debug and fix issues for the clients. • Coordinate with the vendors for any issue/requirement and fix/finish. • Coding for the integration with the client system. • Create documents for the process of each project, including design doc, architecture, training doc etc.

• Design and build machine learning systems that process data sets from the world’s largest consumer services • Use unsupervised machine learning, supervised machine learning, and deep learning to detect fraudulent behavior and catch fraudsters • Build and optimize systems, tools, and validation strategies to support new features • Help design/build distributed real-time systems and features • Use big data technologies (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra) to build large scale machine learning pipelines • Develop new systems on top of real-time streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka, Flink)
