Role Description The Associate Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading clients through small website builds and maintenance projects. If you’ve had any exposure to digital marketing (and we hope you have), you’ll know that the website is the engine, the heartbeat, the very center point of digital success. So you’ll be right in the middle of the action, getting exposure to the whole digital landscape from design to implementation, digital advertising to SEO. Given the nuance and expertise required for any one of these fields, we don’t expect our Associate Technical Project Managers to know it all. You just need curiosity, drive, and foundational communication chops. We’ll help you build your skills, confidence, and capability into a position that can grow with you. - Working independently and partnering with the project team to ensure website maintenance and site build projects are delivered on time and within scope. - Educating and leading clients through the digital marketing project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution. - Plan, schedule, and develop timelines. - Gather and refine user stories and requirements. - Manage and update site content and features. - Engage in QA, UAT, and troubleshooting. - Synthesize information (requirements, client feedback, industry trends, etc.) to produce web content. - Act as the main point of contact for end users, connecting the dots between business requirements and website implementation. - Provide updates on project work and escalate issues as necessary. • Own SKU-level capacity management, ensuring targets are met and shortages are proactively avoided • Monitor infrastructure utilization, demand trends, and deployment progress across regions and data centers • Use data, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to forecast needs and trigger timely capacity deployments • Partner with engineering and business teams to align on forecasts and translate insights into actionable deployment plans • Orchestrate and track cross-functional workstreams using tools like Jira, ensuring visibility and accountability • Identify bottlenecks, minimize deployment delays, and continuously improve capacity deployment processes

• Drive day-to-day execution of technical projects supporting global network engineering and operations • Own delivery of data center consolidations, voice network migrations, and platform rationalization • Coordinate service orders with engineering teams and escalate to carriers when commitments are at risk • Act as primary point of accountability for project status, risks, and issue resolution • Coordinate with finance on budgets, forecasts, and actuals • Identify and mitigate risks related to network migrations and service continuity • Produce concise project status reports and deliver updates to stakeholders

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects, including data center consolidations and site exits, voice network unification, platform decommissioning, and prepaid and one-off billing integration changes. • Break each project down to the task level with clear owners, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria. • Coordinate service orders with internal engineering teams and follow up to closure. • Escalate to carriers and third parties when delivery commitments are at risk. • Ensure data center staff and field teams are aligned and following established internal processes and procedures. • Apply structured project management practices – schedules, status reporting, change control, RAID logs. • Act as the primary point of accountability for project status, risks, blockers, and issue resolution. • Coordinate across Network Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, and external partners (carriers, colocation providers, HW and SW vendors). • Work alongside existing project managers focused on voice migration and billing quick-hits. • Interface with vendors and suppliers to align project execution with the overall consolidation program. • Coordinate with Finance on project budgets, forecasts, and actuals. • Maintain sufficient financial literacy to challenge cost items and to validate that claimed savings are genuinely attributable to a given project. • Track avoided spend and tech-debt avoidance as part of overall program success, in partnership with Finance owners. • Flag scope or schedule changes that have budget implications before they are committed. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with network migrations, service continuity, and customer impact. • Ensure each cutover is supported by runbooks, rollback plans, and readiness checks. • Maintain documentation suitable for internal audit and compliance review. • Produce concise, accurate project status reports, dashboards, and action trackers. • Deliver clear updates to engineering leadership and, when needed, to executive stakeholders. • Translate technical detail into business relevant updates without losing accuracy.
