Role Description Reporting to the Director Platform Solutions & Services, the Solution Architect Platform Solutions & Services will be responsible for architecture, design and delivery of functional solutions across Contract to Cash process. The Solution Architect will be responsible for application design governance, maintaining global templates and standards, delivery of critical projects and enhancements across the Global Order to Cash process. - Architecture and solution design leadership across Contract to Cash process focused on SAP ECC, S/4, non-SAP related bolt-on’s and applications. - Lead and participate in solution design discussions with TGS strategic system integrators to deliver solutions that scale across businesses and regions. - Collaborate with business partners, platform solutions, and development teams to elicit and translate business requirements into functional design and technical specifications. - Functional and technical leadership to develop integrated solutions across cross functional business processes, SAP ECC, S/4, BRIM and boundary applications. - Develop productive relationships and strategic alignment with business partner teams across the organization. - Manage relationships with major platform vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization. - Facilitate & collaborate with global vendor(s) support teams to ensure break fix issues are resolved in a timely manner.
