Natera
• Responsible for the overall performance of the team and manage all day to day activities. • Provide coaching development and assessment reporting for the Patient Coordinator teams. • Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external). • Cross collaborates with other key stakeholders to develop and share best practices. • Work assigned territory to maintain & support existing customers. • Assess the needs of patients with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving. • Ensure all data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed in a timely manner. • Help manage our business system tools (e.g. QlikView, Salesforce). • Perform other duties as assigned. • Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.
