Role Description A Remote Healthcare IT Workstream Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of workstreams within a large-scale EHR implementation. They manage key domains such as Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role involves: - Facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. - Managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. Qualifications - Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. - Background in Healthcare IT (preferred 60–70% experience). - Experience supporting projects involving patient demographics, clinical data, or healthcare data platforms. - Exposure to healthcare imaging workflows (DICOM, radiology, CT/X-ray imaging programs) is a strong plus. - Proven experience managing technical teams delivering data transformation or integration initiatives. - Experience coordinating subcontractors and multi-vendor environments. - Strong risk management, dependency management, and governance skills. - Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance through the Government. Requirements - Manage Healthcare IT data transformation projects involving clinical and patient data domains. - Provide structure, expectations, and coordination across subcontractors, technical teams, and stakeholders. - Support initiatives such as Clinical Data Repositories (CDRs), clinical data pipelines, imaging workflows, and healthcare analytics platforms. - Facilitate subcontractor and vendor meetings to drive execution and accountability. - Manage risks, dependencies, and readiness across multiple workstreams. - Maintain project documentation including schedules, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive updates. - Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders. - Manage scope, schedule, and change control to maintain delivery alignment. - Perform other duties as assigned. • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects including data center consolidations and site exits • Coordinate service orders with internal engineering teams and follow up to closure • Escalate to carriers and third parties when delivery commitments are at risk • Apply structured project management practices – schedules, status reporting, change control • Act as the primary point of accountability for project status, risks, blockers, and issue resolution • Produce concise, accurate project status reports, dashboards, and action trackers • Identify and mitigate risks associated with network migrations and service continuity

• Drive creation and implementation of program management 'ways of working' • Support IAM Leadership in ensuring consistent use of those 'ways of working' • Partner with stakeholders & delivery team(s) to drive program roadmap • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies • Provide clear and consistent communication of program and project status • Develop and validate business cases with measurable benefit • Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure alignment and integration of standards • Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products within programs

• Leads end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the full project lifecycle (initiation through deployment and handoff) • Manages projects of moderate to high complexity, visibility, and cross-functional impact • Partners with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, success metrics, and business outcomes • Develops and maintains detailed project plans, milestones, and integrated delivery schedules • Proactively manages risks, issues, and dependencies; escalates as appropriate • Ensures projects are delivered within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters • Maintains clear, consistent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Supports financial tracking, resource planning, and budget reconciliation • Creates and maintains key project artifacts (status reports, dashboards, documentation) • Facilitates cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and project governance forums • Contributes to process improvement efforts and adoption of project management best practices • May provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members or project contributors
