IT Project Manager

• Leads end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the full project lifecycle (initiation through deployment and handoff) • Manages projects of moderate to high complexity, visibility, and cross-functional impact • Partners with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, success metrics, and business outcomes • Develops and maintains detailed project plans, milestones, and integrated delivery schedules • Proactively manages risks, issues, and dependencies; escalates as appropriate • Ensures projects are delivered within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters • Maintains clear, consistent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Supports financial tracking, resource planning, and budget reconciliation • Creates and maintains key project artifacts (status reports, dashboards, documentation) • Facilitates cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and project governance forums • Contributes to process improvement efforts and adoption of project management best practices • May provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members or project contributors

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, project management, or related field
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end in a cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment (preferred)
  • PMP certification (or in progress) (preferred)
  • Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodology experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting application development, system implementations, or operational initiatives (preferred)
