Senior Technical Project Manager, Telecom

Miratech

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects including data center consolidations and site exits • Coordinate service orders with internal engineering teams and follow up to closure • Escalate to carriers and third parties when delivery commitments are at risk • Apply structured project management practices – schedules, status reporting, change control • Act as the primary point of accountability for project status, risks, blockers, and issue resolution • Produce concise, accurate project status reports, dashboards, and action trackers • Identify and mitigate risks associated with network migrations and service continuity

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or data center operations
  • Demonstrated ownership of technical projects from initiation through closure
  • Working knowledge of voice services and IP networking, including SIP / VoIP networks
  • Prior experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party cutovers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc)
  • Proficiency with Excel for tracking and basic financial analysis
  • PMP or equivalent certification
