About the role: The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive e-commerce solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital technologies, and architecture frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. What you'll do: End-to-End Solution Design and Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing e-commerce architectures using platforms like SAP/Hybris , , Shopify, Commercetools, VTEX, or similar (with a strong preference for SAP and Salesforce). Create architectural blueprints and technical specifications tailored to complex e-commerce ecosystems. Architect and implement ERP and middleware integrations within complex enterprise environments. Deliver solution architectures that align technology decisions with the client’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact on customer experience. Project Leadership: - Own end-to-end technical execution for eCommerce initiatives, leading cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive disciplined project execution managing milestones and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget. Act as the escalation point for technical decisions and guide teams in applying best practices in integration, scalability, and performance optimization. Stakeholder Management: Partner with clients to align eCommerce technology solutions with strategic business goals and long-term growth objectives. Communicate complex architectural strategies clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, securing alignment and confidence at every stage. Collaborate closely with internal leadership, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive execution and effective prioritization across technology initiatives. Technology Leadership and Innovation: Anticipate and leverage emerging eCommerce technologies and trends to strengthen solution design and delivery. Advise clients and internal teams on platform strategy and innovation opportunities across ecosystems like , Commercetools, Shopify , Fluent Commerce, , Zuora , Big Commerce and WooCommerce. Implement eCommerce development best practices with a focus on security, performance, and scalability. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Certification in relevant e-commerce platforms or cloud technologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on e-commerce solutions.
- Hands-on experience of at least 3 years with enterprise e-commerce complex structures.
