Sales Engineer

Carrier

• Develop specification sales in ROI for the Carrier range of HVAC equipment including Chillers and Heat Pumps. • Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the sales of finished goods as well as related services. • Grow the Carrier business by implementing a strategy to gain sales through the M&E contractor & Distributor route and specification through the consultant, main Contractors, and end user clients. • Ensuring regular customer contact, travel will be required. • Reporting & administration. • Work in conjunction with the current direct sales teams to gain market share and presence within the allocated sales region.

Job Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of HVAC industry, in particular hydronic chilled water and heating applications.
  • Strong sales background in HVAC dealing with associated installing contractors, M&E’s and/or specification consultants.
  • Experience of managing your own time and customers, setting targets and monitoring progress.
  • Presentation skills and ability to conduct meetings.
  • Competitor knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • IT Literate with MS Office skills.
