Job Requirements
- Proven success in B2B technical sales leadership, ideally in environments covering flexible packaging, extrusion, printing or converting technologies
- Strong track record in driving growth and profitability across complex, multi-market setups (e.g. beverages, industrial, consumer goods)
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
- Leadership presence and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial and technical understanding, enabling you to connect market needs with production capabilities
- Fluent English & German
