Role Description As a Federal Systems Integrator Leader at HPE, you will be at the forefront of advancing national security, government, and defense initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields are a plus. - 10+ years of experience in federal sales, business development, or systems integration, with a proven track record of winning large, complex government contracts. - 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams within the federal sector. - Security Clearance required. - Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, compliance standards, and security protocols. - Expertise in federal IT priorities, including cloud, cybersecurity, data center modernization, and advanced infrastructure solutions. - Strong strategic thinking, executive relationship management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and influence at the highest levels.
