Role Description Capital & Partner Solutions (CAPS) manages all capital formation and strategic partnership efforts for investment offerings across Vista Equity Partners. The client coverage team within CAPS is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with existing and new limited partners across our global franchise. - Engage with Vista’s private equity and private credit investing strategies. - Responsible for product strategy, fundraising, relationship management, and investor experience. - Cover institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth platforms across Latin America. - Support investor relations and fundraising initiatives in the region. - Report directly to the Vice President leading the Latin America CAPS team's coverage effort. - Build deep familiarity with Vista’s products, LP base, and internal stakeholders. - Expected to take increasing ownership of relationships over time. Responsibilities - Investor engagement preparation: Support relationship managers in delivering a complete LP experience through investor communication. - Diligence and LP servicing: Serve as a first point of contact for diligence and servicing of LP requests. - Database and CRM management: Own the integrity and quality of LP coverage data and engagement records. - Content creation: Support the development of content for clients and prospects. - Product team liaison: Connect Latin America LPs with Vista’s product management teams. - Stakeholder prioritization: Manage competing requests and ensure senior bandwidth is deployed effectively. - Strategic initiatives partnership: Partner with Vista’s Strategic Initiatives team to develop fundraising approaches. - Investor outreach and coordination: Support investor outreach and servicing with professionalism. Qualifications - Fluent professional English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus. - Bachelor's degree from a leading institution. - 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience (graduating class of 2022 to 2024). - Strong academic record; progress toward the CFA or comparable accreditations is viewed favorably. - Preferred backgrounds: private equity, sell-side investment banking, or asset management. - Solid understanding of financial markets and interest in the technology and software sector. - Highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong sense of accountability, organizational discipline, and attention to detail. - Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Proficient use of AI tools to augment work and increase efficiency. - Ability to manage shifting demands and priorities effectively. - Strong relationship management skills and ability to build durable working relationships. - Entrepreneurial and able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Comfort operating in a lean, flat team with significant senior visibility. Travel Requirements - Regular travel across Latin America and to Vista’s offices to support LP meetings, roadshows, and internal coordination.
