Role Description We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Our technicians are the face of Seegrid that provide exceptional onsite service and timely resolutions for our customers located across the country. The Field Service Technician role is responsible for customer support, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring AMRs operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
