Role Description - Develop and validate photonics reference designs for various passive and active photonics devices. - Perform nominal simulations as well as manufacturing variation studies for each reference design, using provided GDSII files and process parameters. - Assist with testing, formatting, and publication of new photonics examples based on completed reference designs. - Review existing training materials and identify gaps; help produce updated collateral aligned with photonic design workflows. - Work closely with Silvaco Photonics simulation and Dev teams to better understand tool usage and achieve the objectives above. Qualifications - Junior/Senior-level undergraduate or Graduate student (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Photonics. - Knowledge and coursework in photonics, electromagnetics, semiconductor device physics. - Experience in semiconductor industry preferred. - Experience in international and remote team building preferred. Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting and typing. - Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers. - Ability to lift (up) to 15 pounds at times. Role Description The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, laboratory staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse (FARAPULSE - Pulsed Field Ablation System - Boston Scientific) system during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
