Sales Representative II
Incora
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers • Respond to RFQs (requests for quote) in a timely manner • Prepare pricing and quotations • Follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities into orders • Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately • Resolve customer issues related to pricing, shortages, delays, or returns • Maintain regular communication with customers • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts • Coordinate with Outside Sales / Account Managers • Review customer spend trends and buying patterns • Support contract pricing and long-term agreements • Work with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and suppliers on delivery commitments • Expedite late orders and manage backorders • Provide order status updates and shipment tracking • Assist with inventory solutions and stocking programs • Maintain CRM / ERP records • Track bookings, sales, margins, and pipeline • Support month-end revenue goals and AOP targets
Job Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience
- Aerospace, distribution, or supply chain background preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel / reporting skills

Key Responsibilities: - Full-Cycle Ownership: Chaperone opportunities from cold outreach and intro presentations through technical evaluations to final procurement. - Strategic Prospecting: Build and execute a territory plan using a modern stack (LinkedIn SalesNav, Gong, Reo.dev, Lusha) to maintain a robust pipeline. - Value Alignment: Translate complex technical pain points into clear value propositions, specifically aligning Tigera’s security solutions with prospect needs. - Executive Navigation: Confidently negotiate with technical architects, Platform Directors, and C-Suite executives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance and Legal for deal execution while simultaneously managing the technical sales motion with engineers.
