Role Description We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated German speakers to participate in an upcoming notification sorting project. - Participants will use a Google Pixel 9 or newer device throughout the project period while interacting naturally with apps that generate notifications. - Participants will complete daily project tasks involving notification organization/sorting workflows and provide related feedback/documentation as instructed. - Participants will also complete a short daily feedback/check-in form throughout the duration of the pilot to assist with participation tracking and troubleshooting support. - This project is part of an ongoing effort to improve emerging mobile AI and notification-management technologies for international users. Qualifications - Native or expert-level fluency in German as spoken in Germany (de_DE). - Comfortable reading and writing in English. - Must complete a language proficiency assessment as part of the application process. - Must be comfortable using a Google Pixel 9 or newer device. - Must be comfortable downloading and using common mobile applications that generate notifications (messaging apps, email apps, social media apps, etc.). - Must be comfortable using the Google Pixel device as their primary phone for the duration of the project. - Must be willing to participate daily for 14 consecutive days. - Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi/internet. Requirements - Use a Google Pixel 9 or newer device throughout the project duration. - Interact naturally with apps that generate notifications. - Complete assigned notification sorting/organization tasks. - Submit required daily feedback and documentation. - Follow all provided project instructions carefully. - Communicate promptly regarding technical issues or project blockers. - Perform all work with attention to quality, completeness, and detail. Benefits - Compensation of USD $150.00 upon successful completion of the 14-day participation period (Paid in two parts). - This is project-based work, and there is no guarantee of additional work beyond the pilot period. However, participants who perform well may be considered for future related projects. • Serve as a quality assurance partner on enterprise system initiatives, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, and non‑functional requirements. • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases across system enhancements, integrations, and implementations. • Perform hands‑on functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for enterprise applications. • Validate end‑to‑end business processes across interconnected systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, finance, HR, project management). • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test coverage. • Identify, document, and track defects clearly and consistently, working with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution. • Support and continuously improve test automation efforts, including identifying candidates for automation and maintaining automated test suites. • Leverage automation tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and release confidence. • Ensure testing aligns with enterprise standards related to data integrity, security, integrations, and change management. • Participate in release readiness and go‑live activities, providing quality assessments and risk‑based recommendations. • Review and validate testing artifacts produced by vendors and implementation partners. • Contribute to the definition and improvement of QA best practices, templates, and processes across IT.

• Test desktop applications in Windows environments. • Understand various operating systems like LINUX, MacOS. • Work with virtualization platforms like VMware or Citrix. • Test applications in VDI and remote access scenarios. • Perform functional, regression, and UI testing. • Maintain test documentation including plans, cases, and reports. • Troubleshoot and analyze issues in virtualized environments. • Follow software development life cycle and QA best practices.

• Develop test plans and strategies with the team based on project deliverables; • Analyze and validate business requirements to ensure proper application of testing techniques; • Create and maintain test cases using BDD (Behavior Driven Development); • Execute manual tests on applications, REST/SOAP APIs and integrated environments; • Log, track and support the resolution of defects identified during validations; • Monitor policies and procedures related to software quality; • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in QA processes; • Support root cause analysis and prevention of recurring failures; • Prepare quality reports and metrics, including defects, test coverage and risks; • Use automation tools and frameworks to optimize testing effort; • Work in continuous collaboration with development, product and business teams.
