• Plan tests based on developed functionalities; • Design appropriate scenarios to ensure full requirements traceability and test coverage; • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, scripts, and reports; • Manage and support the creation and execution of test cases; • Document test cases and scenarios, as well as evidence after execution; • Identify, report, and track bugs and enhancements; • Perform full regression testing; • Prepare quality reports and metrics; • Identify root causes and sources of quality issues;

• Lead QA operations, organize bug workflows, and support the execution of agent-driven tests with clients and partners. • Manage the bug lifecycle, from reporting to validation of fixes. • Classify failures, prioritize defects, and support decisions with data. • Consolidate clear evidence (screenshots, logs, scenarios, steps). • Support the definition and evolution of the test plan. • Guide partners on QA best practices and deliverables. • Oversee tests with clients and internal squads. • Ensure the functional quality of systems that include AI components.

• Hands-on quality assurance testing of user-focused web and responsive web applications, as well as the backend systems and infrastructure that support these experiences; advocating for clean code, testing, process refinements, and continuous improvements • Collaborate with a team of engineers to plan, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies, covering both manual testing and automation testing. • Define and communicate an accurate web test strategy to provide both qualitative and quantitative status/defect reports in a timely fashion. • Perform feature-based requirements gathering, test execution, regression testing, and functional system testing. • Be actively involved in release cycles by contributing to scope planning, test effort estimation, and release sign-off. • Complete assigned tasks promptly within project constraints. • Cultivate a collaborative working environment and a culture of technical ownership.
