General Dynamics
• Lead Agile transformation for Defense programs transitioning from traditional SDLC and ITSM practices to modern Agile ways of working. • Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices that accelerate delivery and improve mission results. • Architect modern technical solutions across Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automation, observability, and ITSM workflows. • Strengthen proposals by developing technical narratives, solution graphics, win themes, and compliant architectures aligned to DoD evaluation criteria. • Deliver workshops and training that help government and contractor teams adopt sustainable Agile and DevSecOps practices. • Shape reusable assets and reference architectures that raise delivery quality across DoD IT Modernization programs.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in IT delivery, systems engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure, or architecture roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience (15+ years) leading or coaching Agile teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Lean-Agile/SAFe frameworks.
- Demonstrated use of ALM and ITSM tools such as Jira, VersionOne, GitLab, or ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to communicate with leaders and guide teams through change.
- US Citizenship required
- Clearance Required : Active SECRET required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI
