This is a remote contract opportunity requiring availability during CST business hours. Occasional travel may be required for go-live activities and onsite stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities - Lead and support Epic Willow Inpatient build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities. - Design, build, validate, and optimize Antimicrobial medication workflows and related pharmacy functionalities. - Collaborate with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Epic solutions. - Participate in workflow analysis, system design sessions, integrated testing, and go-live planning. - Troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for workflow and system improvements. - Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training efforts. - Assist with system optimization and post-go-live stabilization activities. - Maintain project documentation and adhere to Epic build standards and best practices. Qualifications - Active Epic Willow Inpatient Certification. - 3+ years of Epic Willow Inpatient experience, including build and implementation support. - Hands-on experience with Antimicrobial build and workflows. - Prior Epic implementation experience in an acute care or health system environment. - Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management workflows. - Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Availability to work CST hours. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Vaccine build within Epic Willow. - Experience with Epic Foundation System build and configuration. - Additional Epic certifications related to pharmacy or clinical applications. - Go-live support experience across multiple Epic implementations.
