Role Description We are seeking an IBM Mainframe Full Stack Systems Engineer experienced with end to end engineering and modernization of large scale enterprise IBM Z environments. This role requires deep, hands on expertise across multiple z/OS versions, core subsystems, security platforms, storage, networking, virtualization, and performance management in highly regulated, mission critical environments. Role Description We're looking for Art Directors to join a team working on training data curation for generative AI image and video models. You'll curate and evaluate visual datasets that teach models to produce new styles as well as improve core visual capabilities. You'll also contribute prompt engineering work to evaluate and refine model outputs. This is a hands-on, visually demanding role. You'll need a sharp editorial eye, deep fluency across a wide range of visual styles and aesthetics, and the ability to work quickly and at volume. Role Description Our provider healthcare client in Texas is seeking an experienced Zoll Application Analyst to support and optimize a critical portfolio of applications used for patient transfer, patient placement, EMS operations, transport coordination, and related clinical workflows. This is a highly visible role that will serve as the primary functional and technical expert for multiple integrated healthcare applications, partnering closely with hospital operations, clinical teams, vendors, and IT leadership. Key Responsibilities - Gestion des dossiers - Gérer et résoudre des dossiers liés aux enquêtes sur la fraude. - Examens en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent. - Comptes en souffrance et activités de recouvrement. - Fermeture et désactivation de comptes. - Traiter les radiations de fin de mois avec exactitude et dans les délais établis. - Veiller à ce que toutes les activités respectent les politiques internes et les exigences réglementaires applicables. - Recouvrement et soutien à la clientèle - Communiquer avec des clients commerciaux et des particuliers au sujet de comptes en souffrance. - Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes avec professionnalisme et empathie. - Mener des conversations financières difficiles tout en maintenant une expérience client positive et respectueuse. - Documenter de façon complète et précise toutes les interactions, les mesures prises et les résultats obtenus. - Collaboration interfonctionnelle - Collaborer avec les équipes de la fraude, de la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent, des opérations, de la conformité et de la gestion des risques afin de résoudre des dossiers complexes. - Signaler et transmettre les situations à risque élevé aux équipes appropriées, au besoin. - Contribuer aux objectifs communs liés au recouvrement financier et à l’atténuation des risques. - Amélioration des processus - Repérer les inefficacités dans les processus de travail et recommander des améliorations. - Proposer des idées permettant d’accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle et d’améliorer les résultats pour les clients. Qualifications - De 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en recouvrement dans un poste nécessitant des interactions directes avec la clientèle. - Une expérience préalable dans un environnement lié à la fraude et/ou à la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent est obligatoire. - Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. - Capacité à mener des conversations difficiles avec des clients confrontés à des difficultés financières. - Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en résolution de conflits et en désescalade. - Grand souci du détail et capacité à tenir des dossiers complets et précis. - Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement à distance. - Aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un milieu dynamique. Requirements - Excellentes aptitudes technologiques et capacité à naviguer simultanément dans plusieurs systèmes. - Expérience avec des systèmes de gestion de la relation client, des outils de centre d’appels ou des plateformes de gestion des flux de travail. - Aisance à apprendre et à utiliser des plateformes alimentées par l’intelligence artificielle ainsi que de nouvelles technologies. - Une expérience avec Five9, des assistants d’intelligence artificielle ou des plateformes similaires constitue un atout. - Une connaissance des environnements Mac constitue un avantage. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Epic Willow Inpatient within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong build and implementation experience, with expertise in Antimicrobial functionality and a proven track record supporting Epic pharmacy initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. This is a remote contract opportunity requiring availability during CST business hours. Occasional travel may be required for go-live activities and onsite stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities - Lead and support Epic Willow Inpatient build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities. - Design, build, validate, and optimize Antimicrobial medication workflows and related pharmacy functionalities. - Collaborate with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Epic solutions. - Participate in workflow analysis, system design sessions, integrated testing, and go-live planning. - Troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for workflow and system improvements. - Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training efforts. - Assist with system optimization and post-go-live stabilization activities. - Maintain project documentation and adhere to Epic build standards and best practices. Qualifications - Active Epic Willow Inpatient Certification. - 3+ years of Epic Willow Inpatient experience, including build and implementation support. - Hands-on experience with Antimicrobial build and workflows. - Prior Epic implementation experience in an acute care or health system environment. - Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management workflows. - Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Availability to work CST hours. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Vaccine build within Epic Willow. - Experience with Epic Foundation System build and configuration. - Additional Epic certifications related to pharmacy or clinical applications. - Go-live support experience across multiple Epic implementations.
