• Performs full scope of architectural services including concept design, building code analysis reports, construction drawings and specifications, detailing, and support during permitting, bidding, and construction • Conducts detailed investigation of current conditions, prepares documentation and reports • Coordinates and reviews disciplines in an integrated project approach to help ensure all aspects of design and implementation are cohesive and aligned • Provides recommendations and consults on building materials selection • Ensures building and site aesthetics are incorporated within the design and are based on project requirements • Provides construction support, review of shop drawings and prepares RFIs and addendum

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires minimum of 5 years of architecture experience or other related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of planning and executing building designs and materials
  • Advanced experience in documentation, reporting, discipline coordination, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
  • Proficient in building codes; and knowledge of national standards
  • A degree in Architecture, or related field or equivalent experience is required
