Role Description NSF is seeking a Project Manager - Contract Research and Product Development leads contracted R&D projects from contract development through execution and delivery. • Support project coordination and day-to-day operational tasks • Update and modify design plans using AutoCAD • Assist with project documentation, proposals, and technical reports • Review blueprints, grading plans, drainage layouts, and site drawings • Coordinate with internal teams and onsite crews • Help organize procurement and material-related documentation • Maintain accurate project records and updates • Support project timelines and follow-ups across multiple initiatives

• Plan and prioritize customer objectives and balance internal resource availability. • Manage customer stakeholder expectations on scope, priority, and timelines. • Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders throughout the customer journey. • Implement existing processes and tools to deliver efficient and effective implementations. • Ensure customer initiatives are delivered on time and meet expectations. • Identify roadblocks or slowdowns and make them visible to the internal team. • Assess historical trends and identify opportunities for optimization in project delivery. • Apply project management best practices to keep initiatives on track and stakeholders informed. • Engage in professional and proactive communication with customers at all project milestones. • Help the Platform Product Manager test platform features and provide technical feedback to Engineering. • Coordinate testing phases with Ops: develop testing plans, get them data/tool access, document all feedback. • Facilitate feedback review sessions with me and Engineering for prioritization decisions. Track issues through resolution. • Coordinate between Engineering, Ops, and other teams on tactical execution. • Follow up on dependencies and blockers so I don’t have to chase them.

• Own the full project lifecycle for assigned software implementation engagements, from kick-off through go-live and hypercare • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and status reports • Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support • Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and steering committee meetings • Track and report project health metrics; escalate to leadership when projects are at risk • Manage project scope and change control processes to protect delivery timelines and budgets • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PS delivery methodology and playbooks
