• Own and continuously improve the cadence of internal reporting: bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness • Support the implementation and scaling of AI-powered automations to streamline reporting and other recurring operational processes; identify new areas where automation can reduce manual work • Drive cross-functional processes and experiments: rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding of new team members, and identification of bottlenecks in cross-team workflows • Monitor KPIs and resource allocation across teams: prepare regular reports highlighting areas where the team is falling behind, facing blockers, or underutilizing resources — and propose concrete solutions • Support leadership with ad-hoc initiatives: research, calls, vendor coordination, contract reviews, test assignments, pre-screening candidates, and other tasks that require ownership and discretion • Partner with PMs, team leads, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines • Proactively identify operational gaps and bring forward ideas to improve how the team works
