• Own the full project lifecycle for assigned software implementation engagements, from kick-off through go-live and hypercare • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and status reports • Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support • Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and steering committee meetings • Track and report project health metrics; escalate to leadership when projects are at risk • Manage project scope and change control processes to protect delivery timelines and budgets • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PS delivery methodology and playbooks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
- 3–6 years of project management experience, ideally in software implementation or professional services
- Demonstrated experience managing client-facing enterprise software deployments
- Background working within banking, insurance, credit unions, or financial services strongly preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with both technical and executive audiences
- Experience with accounting, ERP, or financial software is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, distributed team environment
