• Provide hands-on GIS support to field crews and office staff • Help troubleshoot ArcGIS-related issues • Use mapping and mobile data collection tools effectively • Work with ArcGIS Online/Portal, ArcGIS Pro, Survey123/XLSForm, Field Maps, and Quick Capture • Support field operations, data collection workflows, maps, dashboards, layers, feature services, and reporting needs • Maintain organized and reliable GIS data

• Build and manage B2B customer relationships • Support online B2B sales growth and customer acquisition • Generate new business opportunities and sales leads • Assist with customer onboarding processes • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, logistics, accounting, and marketing • Support customers with order, pricing, and invoice-related inquiries • Monitor inventory and sales activity to help ensure operational efficiency • Help maintain strong long-term customer relationships
• Handling L3 escalation for internal teams across Customer Experience and Operations as they utilize solutions built on Service Cloud, Amazon Connect & Service Cloud Voice, Assembled, Forethought, Messaging In-App and Web, and Maestro • Executing senior admin-level sprint tickets including configuration updates, new automation, and enhancements for CX and Ops platforms • Meeting with business analysts and tech leads to discuss priorities and tradeoffs • Creating and updating system and user documentation • Participating in standups, sprint estimation, and grooming ceremonies
