• Own the full project lifecycle for assigned software implementation engagements, from kick-off through go-live and hypercare • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and status reports • Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support • Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and steering committee meetings • Track and report project health metrics; escalate to leadership when projects are at risk • Manage project scope and change control processes to protect delivery timelines and budgets • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PS delivery methodology and playbooks

Qualifications - You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field. - Bring 2–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination within the dynamic renewable energy industry. - Demonstrate proven experience with utility-scale solar PV projects and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS). - Exhibit strong organizational skills and exceptional capabilities in stakeholder management. - You are adept at working independently within a remote and international environment. - Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, navigating challenges with ease. - Professional proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1) is mandatory, enabling seamless communication. - You are willing to travel occasionally within France to support project needs.
