Assistant Project Manager – Landscape Design, CAD

Jobsity

• Support project coordination and day-to-day operational tasks • Update and modify design plans using AutoCAD • Assist with project documentation, proposals, and technical reports • Review blueprints, grading plans, drainage layouts, and site drawings • Coordinate with internal teams and onsite crews • Help organize procurement and material-related documentation • Maintain accurate project records and updates • Support project timelines and follow-ups across multiple initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Landscape Design, or related fields
  • Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD (2D required / 3D is a plus)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, constantly changing environments
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish B2+ to C1 English level
  • Experience supporting projects, operations, or design coordination is highly preferred
