User Acquisition Manager

• Lead high-volume creative testing at scale turning winning creatives into high-performing assets, working closely with the creative team to influence creative direction and production based on performance trends. • Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid—7 figures annually) with a primary focus on visual-first campaign types — Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube, delivering sustainable DTC acquisition at scale in line with LTV/CAC, ROI and revenue targets. • Own and actively monitor all performance KPIs in Google Ads and our BI tools, and turn data into actionable next steps that drive growth. • Monitor industry and competitive trends (new creative directions, formats, funnels, propositions, competitor angles) and proactively translate insights into opportunities for testing and scaling. • Stay ahead of industry, platform and auction dynamics and updates, collaborating closely with other members of the PPC team across other apps. • Use (and proactively make suggestions for) internal automation /analytics solutions (autorules, scripts) to reduce manual workload, increase efficiency and speed up iteration.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in DTC (subscription apps a big plus), with a track record of managing $1M+ budgets and scaling accounts significantly while keeping CAC and LTV/CAC in line with targets.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of all Google Ads campaign types, with expertise in Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube; other DSPs like Applovin a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
  • Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing at scale, reading the signals, and turning winners into scalable, repeatable frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of visual creative formats and what makes high-performing creatives that win at scale (hooks, structure, offer framing and thumb-stopping visuals).
  • Confident working with large data sets and tools such as Excel, BI tools (Tableau), GA4, and data-visualisation platforms.
  • Proactively tracks industry and competitor trends (creative ideas, propositions, funnels) and turns them into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - At least 2 years of leisure travel experience, with emphasis on using a consultative planning approach. - Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience. - Experience using a GDS System; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus. - Working knowledge and proficiency in Fly America, Open Skies, and federal travel regulations. - Experience booking international travel.
