• Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions • Support bank onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, and related documentation • Coordinate KYC and other compliance requirements with financial institutions • Administer banking platforms, including user access, signatories, and security controls • Monitor daily cash positions across the group • Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning • Help ensure efficient allocation of funds across entities and markets • Partner with internal teams on cash planning and payment-related activities • Support short-term liquidity placements in line with treasury policies • Assist with monitoring investment activity, performance, and reporting • Support foreign exchange transactions and track currency exposures • Prepare treasury reports for management and key stakeholders, including cash position, liquidity, and forecast reporting • Help administer and improve the Treasury Management System • Ensure bank connectivity, user management, and data quality are maintained • Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury activity • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, strengthen controls, and increase automation

• Design new quiz funnels, landing pages, paywalls, and checkout experiences that inspire more users to try Welltech apps. • Translate growth hypotheses into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused design experiments. • Work closely with Product Growth Managers to shape user journeys, quiz narratives, question flows, paywall structures, and checkout experiences. • Optimise existing funnels by supporting our experimentation efforts, using performance data, user insights, and behavioural design principles. • Challenge existing design patterns and propose better ways to improve engagement, motivation, trust, and conversion. • Balance creative ambition with speed and technical feasibility, considering development effort and business impact. • Create developer-ready designs in Figma, using components, design systems, auto layout, and clear handover documentation. • Work iteratively, learning from experiment results and continuously improving funnel performance. • Contribute to the evolution of our growth design standards, patterns, and best practices.

• Build and evolve a cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers using an AI-first, agentic development approach • Design scalable foundations for health & fitness applications powered by React Native and modern web technologies • Work directly with product, design, and marketing stakeholders to rapidly translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and experiments • Develop and continuously improve AI-agentic workflows across the full development lifecycle to increase team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed • Develop shared platform capabilities, internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that improve development speed and product quality • Work on native mobile integrations and advanced media experiences, including video playback, streaming, and HLS-based solutions • Contribute to modular architectures, reusable systems, backend-driven UI solutions, and white-label application capabilities • Build reliable and scalable integrations between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering workflows

• Advise on all legal matters related to product development and user experience, including consumer protection, e-commerce, auto-renewals, disclosures, advertising law, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Apple, Google). • Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketing and content teams to provide clear and actionable legal guidance across multiple product lines and jurisdictions. • Review and advise on sign-up flows, cancellation flows, upsells, monetization models, and content use. • Monitor evolving global regulations (e.g. FTC, DSA, ROSCA, GPSR, UK DMCCA) and help translate them into product-ready compliance strategies. • Help shape and scale our legal processes, templates, and risk frameworks, in collaboration with privacy, content safety, and commercial legal teams. • Identify and mitigate legal risks early in the product lifecycle, and support creative problem-solving to enable smart innovation.
