• Build and evolve a cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers • Design scalable foundations for health & fitness applications powered by React Native and modern web technologies • Work directly with product, design, and marketing stakeholders to rapidly translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and experiments • Develop and continuously improve AI-agentic workflows across the full development lifecycle to increase team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed • Develop shared platform capabilities, internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that improve development speed and product quality • Work on native mobile integrations and advanced media experiences, including video playback, streaming, and HLS-based solutions • Contribute to modular architectures, reusable systems, backend-driven UI solutions, and white-label application capabilities • Build reliable and scalable integrations between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering workflows
• Advise on all legal matters related to product development and user experience, including consumer protection, e-commerce, auto-renewals, dark patterns, disclosures, advertising law, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Apple, Google). • Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketing and content teams to provide clear and actionable legal guidance across multiple product lines and jurisdictions. • Review and advise on sign-up flows, cancellation flows, upsells, monetization models, and content use. • Monitor evolving global regulations (e.g. FTC, DSA, ROSCA, GPSR, UK DMCCA) and help translate them into product-ready compliance strategies. • Help shape and scale our legal processes, templates, and risk frameworks, in collaboration with privacy, content safety, and commercial legal teams. • Identify and mitigate legal risks early in the product lifecycle, and support creative problem-solving to enable smart innovation.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content for platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels. • Support the development of storytelling-driven visuals with strong pacing, animation, and design fundamentals. • Design transitions, animated typography, simple VFX, and compositing elements while following brand guidelines. • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and producers to bring creative concepts to life. • Revise and improve assets based on feedback from internal teams and performance insights. • Stay up to date with motion design trends, new formats, and creative best practices. • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. • Contribute ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.

• Lead high-volume creative testing at scale turning winning creatives into high-performing assets, working closely with the creative team to influence creative direction and production based on performance trends. • Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid—7 figures annually) with a primary focus on visual-first campaign types — Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube, delivering sustainable DTC acquisition at scale in line with LTV/CAC, ROI and revenue targets. • Own and actively monitor all performance KPIs in Google Ads and our BI tools, and turn data into actionable next steps that drive growth. • Monitor industry and competitive trends (new creative directions, formats, funnels, propositions, competitor angles) and proactively translate insights into opportunities for testing and scaling. • Stay ahead of industry, platform and auction dynamics and updates, collaborating closely with other members of the PPC team across other apps. • Use (and proactively make suggestions for) internal automation /analytics solutions (autorules, scripts) to reduce manual workload, increase efficiency and speed up iteration.
• Drive deliverability and inbox placement best practices to maximise open rates and overall campaign performance. • Act as the main technical point of contact for the CRM team, resolving integration issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and ensuring a high level of SLA for internal stakeholders. • Own and improve CRM infrastructure, integrations, and data flows to create a more stable, diversified, and scalable ecosystem across apps and channels. • Manage and prioritise the team’s technical backlog, ensuring requests are delivered efficiently and operational blockers are resolved quickly. • Support and help drive technical CRM initiatives such as new channel rollouts, vendor evaluations, migrations, and system improvements. • Ensure high standards of campaign QA, data integrity, and system reliability across all CRM initiatives. • Create and maintain clear, organised documentation, playbooks, and processes to improve team efficiency, consistency, and onboarding. • Research, evaluate, and propose new tools and AI-driven solutions that can improve automation, operational efficiency, and team performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders to align on tracking, CRM capabilities, and business priorities.
