Carrier

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators • Customer-focused advice to our customers from heating companies, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended radius of your deployment area • Taking part in on-call duty with the goal of providing our customers with assistance as quickly as possible

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training specific to the field, e.g. as a plumbing and HVAC systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building systems electrician, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further qualified as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
  • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
  • In possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein)
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written

Role Description The Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing support on Epson Professional Imaging, Industrial and Commercial products regarding repair, usability, serviceability, installation, training, and configuration to ensure a very high level of customer satisfaction.
