Role Description We're growing our Product Marketing team and hiring multiple Heads to own product marketing for AI Website Builder, VPS, and AI Automation Products. As the Head of Product Marketing for a specific product, you will lead the product marketing strategy and the execution of key initiatives. The mission: scale your product by identifying new growth opportunities and unlocking global growth through diverse acquisition channels. - Act as a CMO of your product. Own performance against the plan for your product: new billings, new users and other acquisition metrics, ROAS. - Develop and own the go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, and growth targets. - Monitor and translate emerging trends and test them to scale growth using real-time performance metrics. - Scope and prioritize marketing activities based on business needs, impact, and industry trends. - Partner with Product, Performance, and Organic teams: aligning roadmaps, co-owning launches, and accelerating adoption in priority markets. - Lead from the front with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude - setting the pace for the team and owning the outcome. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in product marketing and digital marketing. - Proven track record of driving business growth through product and performance marketing. - Experience leading GTM strategy and execution. - Strong skills in product positioning and messaging. - Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and how to move them. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. - Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals. - High attention to detail, including precise and effective written and verbal communication. - Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
