Role Description We aren’t looking for a "manager" to send emails and check boxes. We need a Product Growth Specialist to focus on one of our products marketing strategy within the Affiliate channel. - Strategy: You will own the growth strategy for one of our products, driving aggressive, measurable, and sustainable expansion through the affiliate channel. - Delegate: We have a team of affiliate marketing specialists who are responsible for different countries and partner types. Your job is to delegate the tasks depending on what areas need to be looked into. - Optimize: You don’t wait for a weekly report. You live in the data (CPA, Traffic, ROAS, LTV are your daily metrics). - Collaboration: You’ll close the gap between our Affiliates team and the Product Marketing squad to turn ideas/trends into affiliate campaigns. Collaborations with teams like PPC, Influencers, Content & others will be part of the job. - Hands on: Some partners are very product specific. Be ready to participate in partner calls, go to events or even do hands-on outreach. Qualifications - The Product expert: You actually understand technical products. You can talk with technical partners and translate "problems” into "growth opportunities." - The Networker: You have experience in managing partnerships, reaching out and selling. - Data-obsessed: You manage by the numbers. If you aren't comfortable with Amplitude, Tableau, or n8n to automate your insights, you’ll struggle here. - The Proactive type: You don’t ask for permission to hit or change your OKRs; you bring the strategy and the creative solutions to the table. - The Marketing person: You understand how different marketing channels operate & how spillover effect is generated.
