Role Description We're scaling our website tracking infrastructure to match our growth speed, and we're looking for a Senior Web Tracking Engineer to help pave the way. You'll take ownership of how we capture and deliver conversion signal across our platforms, ensuring accurate, reliable data reaches Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude. This is a hands-on role where you'll design solutions and see them through to production, working closely with our web tracking squad, product, and data platform teams to solve interesting and complex tracking challenges. Role Description As a Marketing Technology Manager in the Marketing Operations team, you’ll help shape how Marketing works by finding smarter ways to solve problems through automation, AI, data, and technology. You’ll be responsible for improving marketing processes, optimizing our MarTech stack, enabling teams to get more value from data, and turning business needs into scalable technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Automations, Tracking, Data Analytics, and Product teams to remove bottlenecks, improve decision-making, and help Marketing move faster and more efficiently. Your day-to-day - Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation and AI. - Work with marketing teams on CRM and other tools adoption & solving day-to-day bottlenecks. - Act as the primary point of contact between Marketing and the internal Automations team. - Act as the marketing-side point of contact for tracking questions. - Act as the primary technical liaison between Marketing and Data/Analytics/Product teams. - Be the power user of the internal AI powered analytics platform. - Translate marketing reporting needs into clear briefs for the Data Analytics team. - Manage and optimize the MarTech stack, including HubSpot and connected integrations. - Monitor marketing data health proactively. - Document technical processes, data definitions, and tooling decisions. Qualifications - Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM - configuration, data model, and integrations. - Solid understanding of marketing tracking and attribution. - Familiarity with performance marketing tracking setups. - Understanding of how data warehouses and marketing data models work. - Comfortable working with Tableau or comparable BI tools at a functional level. - Practical knowledge of automation and AI tools. - Curious and proactive mindset around AI and automation. - Comfortable operating without heavy oversight.
