• Own and evolve the customer data governance roadmap for assigned area • Identify and prioritize customer data problems, incorporating qualitative insights from stakeholders, and quantitative analysis • Translate business use cases into clear data requirements • Partner closely with Data Engineering and Architecture to evaluate solution options • Define and maintain data policies, standards, and definitions that promote clarity • Facilitate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance • Develop business cases for data improvements • Define and monitor key success metrics for data clarity, quality, flexibility, and usability
Job Requirements
- 5 + years working in a data strategist or data product manager role
- Experience with go-to-market data and systems, including account hierarchies
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL and using data visualization tools like PowerBI
