Solutions Executive

Role Description The Solutions Executive will maximize profitable company sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new Operational Risk Management business with new and existing clients. This position is primarily selling Sphera’s SaaS solutions. This role will be the personification of Sphera in all matters within and outside the company with an unflagging commitment to customer satisfaction, delight, trust, and loyalty. - Sell to Enterprise accounts, focusing on hunting new accounts. - Execute against yearly sales goals. - Qualify and disqualify new business opportunities while identifying customer pain. - Engage in hunting activities (cold calling, conferences, trade shows, etc.). - Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Account Managers. - Maintain accurate forecasts. - Drive revenue growth across Sphera's assigned business lines. - Deliver solution presentations to key customers. - Develop enterprise software license proposals. - Negotiate enterprise software contracts. - Learn customer decision processes. - Create closing plans for forecasted business. - Close business in a timely manner. - Fully comprehend the Sphera unique value proposition. Qualifications - A minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000. - Demonstrated success in closing large and complex sales. - Experience in selling Control of Work (CoW), Master Data Management for MRO, Advanced Risk Assessment (PHA), and Health & Safety Management Solutions. - Strong hunter skills. - Experience in negotiations, successful partnerships, and/or joint ventures. - Implemented successful sales strategies in changing markets. - Ability to adapt and leverage products, services, and operations effectively. - Prioritize customer satisfaction and listen to customers. - Well-known and respected, maintaining effective interpersonal relationships with key decision-makers. - Enjoy interaction with customers and prospects. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong relationship management skills. - Proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Desire to function as an entrepreneur within Sphera. - Consistently met or surpassed yearly quota. Role Description As an AI & Automation Support Engineer, you will provide technical and business consultative services across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, with a strong focus on using AI, automation and scripting to make our solutions more scalable, efficient and reliable.
